Beginning of Construction Arm

1996
CIDB Grade 7 & Regional Growth
TSSB achieved CIDB Grade 7 certification, enabling us to secure larger-scale projects. We expanded into emerging townships like Kota Bahru, Hulu Selangor, Rawang, Seremban, Bangi, and Bukit Beruntung.

2002
Entry into Property Development
We launched our first development, Pangsapuri Seri Pinang, comprising 420 units, and delivered it 11 months ahead of schedule, marking a key milestone in our growth from contractor to developer.

2006
Strata Management Pioneer
Pangsapuri Seri Pinang became the first high-rise residential in Selangor and Malaysia to form a Joint Management Body (JMB) under Act 663, reflecting our early compliance with strata governance reforms.

2008
First Industrial Development
We completed our first industrial project, a Semi-D factory in Balakong, 15 months ahead of schedule, showcasing our capability in timely delivery and our expertise beyond residential developments.

2011
Expansion to Pahang
We entered the Pahang market, delivering housing projects in Kuala Lipis, Triang, and Kuantan including Taman Cheneras Indah and Taman Telemin Indah to cater to the needs and growth of the local communities.

2016
Pocket Developments & Local JVs
We completed several pocket-sized projects in Kuantan and Negeri Sembilan, including T Villa, T Sierra, and T Waled, through joint ventures with local landowners to strengthen regional reach.

2021
Post-COVID Housing Focus
To meet post-pandemic housing needs, we delivered affordable homes across key suburban areas, including T Vista @ Balok Permai (Phase 1–3), T Terrace @ Permatang Badak, and T Lagenda @ Peramu, Pekan.

2025
Scaling Up in Terengganu & Perak
We expanded into Terengganu via JV with a state agency and secured over 200 acres across Perak, Terengganu, and Pahang. Moving from pocket to mid-sized developments, we are gearing up for our next growth phase.

- Incorporated Tapak Semangat Sdn Bhd (TSSB) as our dedicated construction arm.
- Awarded and delivered key projects including 133 units of shoplots in Metro Ipoh Baru, the 7-storey Pantai Hospital Ipoh, and the Diamond Creek development in Tanjung Malim.

1996
- Achieved CIDB Grade 7 Contractor certification.
- Successfully secured and completed various housing schemes, commercial blocks, and high-rise projects in emerging townships such as Kota Bahru, Hulu Selangor, Rawang, Seremban, Bangi, and Bukit Beruntung.

2001
- Expanded into property development.
- Launched our first development project — 420 units of Pangsapuri Seri Pinang, delivered 11 months ahead of schedule.

2006
- Completed a Semi-D factory project 15 months ahead of schedule.
- Developed Malaysia’s first high-rise residential project to form a Joint Management Body with strata titles issued upon completion.

2011
- Expanded operations to the East Coast market.
- Delivered multiple housing schemes for local communities in Kuala Lipis, Triang, and Kuantan, including projects such as Taman Cheneras Indah, Taman Telemin Indah, Taman Tualang, T Sierra, T Waled, and T Villa.

2020
- Entered the Terengganu market through a joint venture with LTAWNT for a 20-acre housing development.
- Strengthened our presence in Perak and Selangor, accumulating over 200 acres of joint-development land for future projects.
